Reliance Jio, the leading telecom operator in the country has come up with slight changes to its Disney+ Hotstar VIP pack for its customers. In June 2020, the operator had rolled out a lineup of Disney+ Hotstar packs. Among them, the pack of Rs. 222 is the most affordable offer. Now, the telecom operator has hiked the price of this pack to Rs. 255. Looking at the hiked price, the operator has increased Rs. 33 compared to the previous price.
The alteration in the pack price of Rs. 222 can be seen on the MyJio app under the ‘Exclusive Limited Period Upgrade Offer.’ In fact, Rs. 222 Disney+ Hotstar VIP plan is an add-on plan that provides a similar validity just like the voice calling plan. The revised price details are now live on the MyJio app and are visible to the eligible users. To access this plan, the users must already subscribe to an active voice calling pack.
This Rs. 255 pack doesn’t offer any sort of voice calling benefit to the users. Speaking about the benefits of this pack, it offers 15GB of fair-usage-policy [FUP] data. After the consumption of 15GB of data, the internet speed will diminish to 64 Kbps. This pack offers a validity of 1 year to the users. Reliance Jio hasn’t made any sort of alterations to the remaining Disney+ Hotstar packs.
Reliance Jio also offers another data pack that renders Disney+ Hotstar VIP benefit. There is no voice calling benefit to the subscribers with this pack. This plan comes with a stand-alone validity of 56 days and is available at Rs. 499. The Rs. 499 plan offers 1.5 GB of data that comes with a validity of 56 days. On the whole, this plan offers 84 GB of data. Besides this, the users also acquire a complimentary subscription to various Jio apps.
Jio offers 4 voice calling packs that render a benefit of Disney+ Hotstar VIP to the users. In case, the users are willing to access a base plan then, it comes with various benefits. It includes voice calling, data, SMS, and Disney+ Hotstar VIP benefits. To gain these benefits, the users can pick from various available plans such as Rs. 401, Rs. 598, Rs. 777 and Rs. 2599.
