Currently, the update is being rolled out to a limited number of users in India. If there are no bugs, the company will roll out the update to more number of users. The company will push the new update to the users in batches. The Realme users need not worry even if they don’t see any OTA notification on their smartphone.

To receive the new update to all the devices, might take several days. The smartphone users can check for the update manually by navigating to Settings >> Software Update. After receiving the Realme UI 2.0 update, make sure you backup the data on your unit before proceeding with the installation. If the users aren’t interested to continue with the new update, the company has rolled out a rollback package. As the Realme Narzo 20 is the rebranded version of the European Realme 7i, the firmware will be compatible with both smartphones.
