BSNL Bharat Air Fibre Internet Services Launched in Maharashtra

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [BSNL] has recently launched Air Fibre services in two districts of Maharashtra. The Union Minister for Electronics, Communication, and IT, Sanjay Dhotre has launched these services on Sunday i.e., on 2nd August 2020. Bharat Air Fibre Services is a radio-based telecom connectivity service that has been inaugurated in Akola and Washim districts of Maharashtra.

BSNL has introduced these services to the subscribers as an integral part of the Centre’s Digital India initiative. The ultimate target of these Air Fibre services is to render wireless connectivity within a range of 20 kilometers from the key BSNL locations. This eventually serves the public residing in remote locations.

The most popular telecom operator, BSNL will render these services to its customers via different local business partners of the company from the aforesaid districts. Through these services, the company assures that the users can access high-speed internet connectivity without any buffer issues.

The state-run telecom service provider also offers free voice calling benefits alongside Bharat Air Fibre internet connectivity with a data speed of about 100 Mbps. The Bharat Air Fibre services also seek to provide a push to the call of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Atma Nirbhar Bharat or a self-reliant India. The state-run telecom service provider promised to offer a monthly income of Rs. 1 lakh to the local citizens who register as Telecom Infrastructure Partners.

BSNL said in an official statement, ‘With the launch of Wireless Bharat Air Fibre, more connections will be provided on demand in a very quick time. BSNL appeals to all residents of Akola & Washim District to avail these quality & most affordable services.’ This telco operator is seeking to attract the users with its appealing broadband plans in wired and wireless segments.
